I made this review while thinking about cosplayers who maybe don’t want a wig or can’t get one and need to dye their hair. This review focuses on the Special Effects colors Atomic Pink and Wildflower.
HOW TO MAKE PASTEL DYE:
You will need the hair dye of your choice (typically manic panic or special effects). Mix with WHITE conditioner. 3 parts conditioner to 1.5 parts dye. Mix well together. Apply to head. (You can google for more detailed instructions if you feel like you need ’em)
